At Fabiha’s, we are committed to delivering the finest luxury clothing with unmatched service. While we hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase, please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are possible under specific conditions, as outlined below

Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges may be processed only in the following cases:

  1. Defective Product: If the item received is faulty in terms of its quality or craftsmanship.
  2. Incorrect Item: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
  3. Incorrect Size Delivered: If the item does not fit as expected.

In any of these cases, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to raise your exchange request. Once your query is generated, our Quality Assurance Team will review the issue. After assessment, we may offer you an exchange or a store credit for future purchases.

  • Unstitched Items: Please note that we do not provide store credit for unstitched items. However, exchanges are possible in case of a major defect.

Exchange Process

  • Items for exchange must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers must provide an original invoice or email confirmation issued by Fabiha’s to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect or wrong item shipped.

Important Guidelines

  • Sale and Ready-to-Ship Articles: These items are not eligible for exchange.
  • We do not accept exchanges due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product’s aesthetic preferences.
  • Fabiha’s is not responsible for issues such as color fading or print bleeding due to washing.
